Why did you begin martial arts training?
To get in better physical shape. Plus, I'd never tried it before.
Did you have any previous martial arts training before joining CNC?
No.
What do you like the most about Ninjutsu?
It is a real contact art; not the simulated stuff.
What has been the greatest benefit from your training?
I lost 17 pounds over 6 months.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Definitely the cardio exercises.
What advice would you give to a new student?
Just jump in and do it. It's really fun! |
